Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of business operations, including management of project execution and team leadership.
- Drive business growth through managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Manage government tendering procedures, bidding processes, and maintain liaison with public departments such as PWD, CPWD, MCD, and Railways.
- Supervise projects related to installation and maintenance of boom barriers, bollards, automated gates, anti-smog guns, and similar automation equipment.
- Coordinate efforts between site engineers, supervisors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed within timelines.
- Monitor financial aspects including project costs, preparing quotations, billing, payment follow-ups, and overall profitability management.
- Provide consistent progress updates to company Directors and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
