Overview
The General Manager plays a critical leadership role in the restaurant overseeing comprehensive operational functions such as food preparation, customer service, and team management. This leadership position involves guiding both crew members and managers toward delivering an excellent experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall restaurant operations covering food production, guest interactions, and directing staff activities.
