Role Description
The General Manager is crucial for overseeing a profitable restaurant operation while ensuring top-tier standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness are met consistently. This role involves collaborative goal-setting with leadership and crafting strategies to achieve operational targets.
The manager leads a team of Department Managers, assisting them in goal development, monitoring progress, and providing ongoing coaching and guidance aimed at continuous improvement. By strengthening departmental performance, the overall restaurant experience improves substantially.
Responsibilities also include recruiting and nurturing Department and Shift Managers to ensure a robust leadership pipeline for future success.
Qualifications and Experience
Ideal candidates have proven experience as General Managers, preferably within high-volume quick service restaurants, though backgrounds in hospitality or retail are also considered valuable. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to assume this management role at corporate-owned locations.
