Key Responsibilities
The General Manager is accountable for operating a profitable restaurant while maintaining McDonald's rigorous standards for quality, customer service, and cleanliness. Collaborating with leadership, you will establish strategic goals and execute plans to meet targets.
You will lead Department Managers by helping them set goals, tracking their progress, and providing coaching to enhance their departments and, ultimately, the entire restaurant's performance. You may also oversee recruiting and development of Department and Shift Managers to build an effective leadership team.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has prior experience as a General Manager managing high-volume locations, preferably within quick service dining or related fields like hospitality or retail. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to serve as a manager in corporate-operated restaurants.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary in the range of $50,000 to $70,000 annually
