Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily maintenance schedules including planned upkeep, responding to guest requests, and addressing emergency situations promptly.
- Collaborate closely with various operational departments to ensure their smooth and efficient functioning.
- Inspect and maintain essential hotel systems such as air conditioning, water, and fire safety to meet established standards.
- Maintain close coordination with all hotel departments to support day-to-day equipment operation and functionality.
- Liaise with external contractors representing the hotel and assist external inspectors during their audits and evaluations.
