About the Role
Join Sodexo as a General Maintenance Worker at the SHARP MESA VISTA site in San Diego, CA. This full-time role involves varying shifts with flexible availability preferred. Sodexo emphasizes meaningful impact by promoting safety and providing high-quality maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks or repairs across multiple disciplines such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, electrical work, and vehicle servicing.
- Carry out general duties like replacing light bulbs, installing paper dispensers, changing filters and door locks, and minor decorative maintenance that does not require licensed trade skills.
- Attend scheduled shifts punctually and maintain consistent attendance.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned based on varying client and business needs.
Candidate Profile
- Possess at least two years of relevant experience in maintenance work.
- Hold valid license or certification required for specific tasks within the city and state.
- Be dependable, adaptable, team-oriented, and committed to fostering a healthy and safe work environment.
Compensation & Working Hours
- The hourly pay range for this position is $34 to $36.
