Job Overview

DBG Limited is actively looking for dependable and diligent individuals to join our manufacturing team based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The role involves assembling automotive parts and components while upholding quality, safety, and production standards within a dynamic and demanding setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive components following detailed specifications.
• Safely operate machinery and equipment on the production line.
• Conduct quality inspections and report any defects or problems.
• Adhere strictly to work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety rules.
• Package finished goods and get them ready for shipment.
• Keep the workstation clean and well-organized.
• Achieve daily production goals and meet performance standards.
• Work collaboratively with peers and supervisors to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Must be capable of standing for long durations.
• Able to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with assembly line or manufacturing roles is an advantage.
• Familiarity with hand tools and production equipment usage.

Additional Information

Compensation offered ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
