Position Overview

The General Labourer will provide support to daily operations at the AGI Westeel plant in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor and involves a variety of operational tasks ensuring smooth plant functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain hand tools effectively
• Manage hoist equipment during operations
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Perform basic machine operations as required
• Adhere strictly to safety policies and procedures
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors

Candidate Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Capability to perform repetitive tasks consistently
• Able to collaborate with team members and work independently
• Reading blueprints is a beneficial asset
• Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
