Job Role and Responsibilities

The company is looking to hire a committed and enthusiastic General Laborer to support their production efforts. The key duties include:

• Operating woodworking machinery and using hand tools effectively.
• Gaining thorough knowledge of company product lines, machinery, assembly procedures, and installation methods.
• Adhering strictly to quality and safety protocols.
• Maintaining shop equipment based on a designated maintenance schedule.
• Interpreting cut lists related to daily work orders.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Production Manager.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Hourly wages ranging from $15.50 to $18.00, dependent on prior experience.
• Standard workweek is Monday through Friday with no weekend obligations or mandatory overtime.
• Tools and equipment needed are supplied by the company.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably possess experience in woodworking or cabinet-making, specifically familiarity with 32mm systems.

• Prior woodworking experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
