Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous General Assistant with a passion for cleanliness and member engagement. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards throughout the gym while balancing effective member interaction and completing tasks efficiently.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow all health, safety, and company policies as outlined in the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
• Maintain JD Gyms' Brand Standards consistently.
• Perform regular cleaning and safety inspections daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Report any maintenance or equipment issues promptly to ensure safety.
• Ensure the entire gym facility is kept clean and presentable at all times.
• Adhere strictly to uniform requirements.
• Provide exceptional service to gym members continuously.
• Engage in colleague training activities, such as training videos, to uphold high standards throughout the organization.
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong work ethic coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
• A demonstrated passion for exceeding expectations in performance.
• Previous experience in a similar cleaning or general assistant role, capable of multitasking and working independently.
• Effective communication skills and approachability with both members and staff.
