Key Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
• Maintain compliance with JD Gyms Brand Standards at all times.
• Carry out regular cleaning and safety inspections on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Report any faults or defects promptly to guarantee gym equipment and facilities remain safe for members' use.
• Ensure the entire gym area is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
• Adhere strictly to uniform protocols and personal grooming standards.
• Provide excellent member service consistently throughout shifts.
• Participate in colleague training through video resources to uphold outstanding standards across all locations.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.

Skills and Experience

• A strong work ethic coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail.
• A track record of surpassing expectations in work performance.
• Previous relevant experience in a similar cleaning or facilities role, capable of multitasking independently.
• Effective communicator who can engage respectfully with members and team colleagues alike.
