General Assistant - NSW Villages

Position Overview

Civeo Australia is inviting applications for multiple General Assistant positions at our rural villages in New South Wales, specifically in Boggabri and Narrabri. These roles involve supporting various departments including Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Kitchen services, working closely with a dedicated team. Employment options include permanent, full-time salaried roles as well as limited casual positions for individuals residing locally or nearby.

Employment Details

• All roles operate on a Drive-In-Drive-Out (DIDO) basis; Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) arrangements are not available.
• Permanent positions offer a starting salary of $70,219.17 plus superannuation, with equalized fortnightly pay cycles ensuring consistent remuneration.
• Casual positions are also available for locals in close proximity to the villages.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience in hospitality and/or remote work environments is advantageous.
• Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia; note that Working Holiday Visa holders do not qualify for regional work extension under these villages.
• Ability and willingness to undergo background screening, including pre-employment medical evaluations and national police checks.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills, a friendly and service-oriented attitude, the ability to thrive within a team, and sensitivity to fast-paced working conditions.
• Flexibility to work across day and night shifts as needed.
