GenAI Communications Creator & Trainer

Role Overview

We are looking for a GenAI Communications Creator & Trainer to develop and deliver educational content and training programs that increase AI adoption within the organization. This role involves creating a variety of communication tools, simplifying AI concepts, and collaborating cross-functionally to support AI rollout initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a range of communication materials including guides, FAQs, playbooks, videos, demos, and presentations.
• Design and conduct training sessions tailored for various audiences to facilitate understanding of Generative AI technologies.
• Transform complex AI features, use cases, and organizational policies into clear and accessible content.
• Implement and promote AI adoption by designing targeted enablement strategies.
• Regularly update content based on user feedback and adoption metrics to enhance effectiveness.
• Work closely with Product, Change, Risk, and Communications teams to support the deployment of AI initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Exceptional ability in communication, storytelling, and crafting engaging content.
• Proven experience in creating training materials and facilitating workshops or training sessions.
• Familiarity with Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, and knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Capability to simplify AI-related topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong skills in managing stakeholders and collaborating across multiple teams.
• Background in Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Change Management, or Digital Adoption is advantageous.
