Gen AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Gen AI Engineer with 5 to 13 years of experience to join our team in Pan India locations. Candidates should be available for immediate joining up to a 90-day notice period. The interview process will be conducted in-person across Kolkata, Pune, and Bangalore offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and prepare multimodal datasets including text and synthetic data for training advanced models.
• Design, develop, and fine-tune large-scale generative models such as GANs and VAEs, focusing on language modeling, text generation, and contextual understanding.
• Deploy AI applications on cloud environments including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform and integrate these AI models with company data to enhance application capabilities.
• Develop backend services primarily using Python or .NET to support AI-powered solutions.
• Maintain and optimize AI pipelines ensuring efficiency, scalability, and robustness.
• Utilize techniques like chunking and embeddings with custom datasets to train and refine models.
• Incorporate Azure Cognitive Services or equivalent cloud-based services to expand AI functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of AI solutions.
• Keep abreast of latest developments in AI and machine learning to introduce innovative ideas and solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and computer science fundamentals.
• Proficiency in generative AI techniques including GANs, VAEs, and Transformer models.
• Experience with NLP and computer vision domains considered advantageous.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI-specific libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• In-depth knowledge of NLP tasks such as text parsing, sentiment analysis, and transformer architectures like GPT.
• Competence in data handling including preprocessing, augmentation, labeling, and synthetic data generation.
• Track record in developing and releasing AI models in production environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to conceive and implement novel solutions for client projects.
