This role involves troubleshooting complex production issues, enhancing applications, developing and maintaining CEMLI and OAF components, managing releases, and cooperating with cross-functional teams to boost application performance and stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of challenging L3 incidents and production issues by performing root cause analyses, restoring service functionality, delivering permanent resolutions, and minimizing recurrence.
  • Evaluate business and application demands across Oracle EBS modules, translating approved requirements into functional and technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, review, and maintain CEMLI artifacts like interfaces, reports, workflows, alerts, form changes, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) enhancements.
  • Craft and optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts for troubleshooting, data reconciliation, interfaces, reporting, and improving system performance.
  • Support configurations, application controls, master data, workflows, concurrent programs, and integration points within Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Order Management, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Projects modules.
  • Address integration challenges between EBS and connected systems through SOA/OSB/OIC, ODI, REST services, and other integration tools.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation including designs, AN100, DS140, MD050/MD070 documents, test plans, deployment guidelines, rollback protocols, runbooks, and knowledge-sharing materials.
  • Lead or aid system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), manage defect logs, coordinate releases and deployments, and validate production success collaboratively with business and technology teams.
  • Manage coordination between onsite and offshore teams, estimate work scopes, handle risks and dependencies, provide status updates, and mentor junior team members.
  • Promote continual improvements through automation, code optimization, query tuning, monitoring strategies, reusable standards, and support tools.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Hands-on technical and functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12, specifically in Finance and Supply Chain modules including EAM, AP, AR, GL, FA, OM, PO, INV, and Projects.
  • Proficiency in developing and supporting CEMLI components, including Oracle Workflow, concurrent programs, XML/BI Publisher reports, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
  • Demonstrated experience in L3 production support encompassing incident investigation, root cause identification, data corrections, performance tuning, problem management, and ensuring permanent fixes.
  • Track record of delivering enhancements ranging from requirements analysis through to testing, release, deployment, and operational handoff.
  • Capability in managing and troubleshooting EBS integrations utilising SOA/OSB/OIC, ODI, REST services or equivalent technologies.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills coupled with experience working in onsite-offshore delivery frameworks.

Preferred Experience

  • Background supporting large-scale enterprise Oracle ERP or public-sector implementations.
  • Exposure to Oracle EBS patching, upgrades, data migration, automation strategies, and application modernization projects.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Hands-on involvement or familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud, hybrid coexistence models, and OCI/OIC platforms.
