Gen AI Engineer

Role Overview

Join the Infosys Delivery team as a Generative AI Engineer where you will design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients to ensure delivery of high-quality systems and support their digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical designs to create reliable, efficient AI-based programs and solutions.
• Serve as primary responder to production issues, performing thorough technical analyses to identify root causes and resolutions.
• Document and share project knowledge through knowledge management activities while leveraging learnings across teams for improved results.
• Contribute to the development of effective software systems to meet client needs during their digital transformation journeys.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address and resolve issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong conceptual understanding of Generative AI and AI/ML architecture.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language relevant to AI solution development.
• Experience in software engineering with at least one completed project demonstrating practical skills.
• Knowledge of at least one database system and operating system.
• Exposure to design principles and ability to independently understand and draft design specifications.
• Skill in preparing and executing test cases and scenarios according to project plans.
• Ability to independently handle complex tasks and contribute meaningfully to projects.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical abilities and logical thinking skills.
• Awareness of the latest technologies and trends in AI and software engineering.
