Wynn Al Marjan Island is poised to become the UAE's inaugural integrated resort, slated to open in 2027. Located about 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in Ras Al Khaimah, the resort will feature 1,530 guest rooms and suites, alongside 22 dining venues, including bars and lounges, a theater, and a beach club. Amenities also include multiple swimming and wading pools, water attractions, a five-star spa and salon, a retail promenade, and a dedicated events and celebrations center.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Gaming Beverage Manager to join our Food & Beverage department, responsible for overseeing the beverage operations within the gaming areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior beverage leadership to set supply levels for liquor, beer, wine, and related equipment in all gaming bars, lounges, and VIP sections, ensuring timely replenishment aligned with guest demand.
• Partner in developing and enforcing policies, operating procedures, training initiatives, menus, scheduling, and service standards tailored for a vibrant, upscale gaming environment.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic options available within gaming venues, emphasizing premium selections suited for VIP and gaming guests.
• Thoroughly understand the characteristics, descriptions, and presentation details of wines and champagnes offered by glass or bottle, including glassware, garnishes, preparation, portioning, and pricing—special attention to signature cocktails and exclusive gaming menus.
• Work closely with beverage directors and brand partners on service quality benchmarks, staffing strategies, recruitment approaches, and aligning operations with gaming-specific standard operating procedures and guest expectations.
• Ensure the utmost standards of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness across all gaming beverage outlets while strictly complying with UAE liquor laws and company policies.
• Manage beverage inventory and control costs across multiple high-volume gaming bars and private lounges.
• Support the planning and execution of beverage services for gaming-related events, tournaments, and VIP initiatives in cooperation with marketing and events teams.
• Monitor and incorporate industry trends, innovations, and best practices in gaming beverage service to continuously elevate operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in financial oversight of the gaming beverage department, including profit and loss analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to managing the annual budget for beverage operations related to the gaming division, covering all revenue and expenditure areas.
• Supervise key operational elements such as staff training, recipe accuracy, service protocols, inventory checks, and ordering processes across gaming beverage venues.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management to continually enhance the Food & Beverage experience within the gaming sector.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of five years' experience managing bar operations, ideally within luxury hospitality or gaming environments.
• Proven expertise in inventory oversight for large-scale operations involving multiple bars and VIP service areas.
• Experience handling inventory in fast-paced, 24/7 settings such as gaming establishments.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a track record of building effective relationships with employees, guests, management, and VIP clientele.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, enabling effective engagement in beverage promotions and events.
• Highly results-oriented with keen attention to detail and organizational prowess, especially in dynamic, high-energy gaming service contexts.
• A passionate professional deeply knowledgeable about current food and beverage trends and gaming-specific expectations.
