Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of player experiences using community observation, surveys, detailed interviews, and sentiment evaluation from forums and social platforms, aimed at understanding player preferences within regional and cultural contexts.
• Prepare detailed reports offering actionable, data-driven insights for product enhancement, localization strategies, and operational decisions to inform project teams effectively.
• Oversee daily community operations and engagement on platforms such as Discord, actively communicating with players to gather and analyze feedback, monitor changes in player sentiment, and identify any PR concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with players to enhance community growth, retention, and promote a sense of belonging among the user base.
• Support regional operations by managing beta testing activities for targeted language markets, including organizing tester access and communications, and identifying cultural or localization sensitivities to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Applicants should be current university students or recent graduates holding or pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Professional working proficiency in English or Mandarin is essential; basic Mandarin communication skills are preferred to collaborate effectively with Chinese-speaking teams. Knowledge of Japanese or Korean is advantageous.
• Active interest and knowledge of Japanese or Korean cultural markets, especially relating to gaming communities and ecosystems.
• A strong passion for the gaming industry with keen insights into player behavior and emerging market trends.
• Interest or familiarity with ACG (Anime, Comics, and Games) culture is considered a plus.
