Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute testing operations during global Beta test phases, including screening tester applications, distributing test builds, overseeing NDA compliance, and ensuring timely delivery of tester rewards.
• Support daily management of global player communities such as Discord, addressing player inquiries and handling customer support tickets aligned with defined response and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate localization efforts by tracking and managing the translation, proofreading, and publication of multilingual operational materials including emails, announcements, and user agreements, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and punctual releases.
• Collect and organize player feedback and support data; perform elementary data analysis and aggregation to generate insights that assist the team’s decision-making process.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in digital operations, customer service, community management, or project coordination. Prior involvement in the gaming sector is advantageous.
• Demonstrate professional fluency in both English and Mandarin with exceptional written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with Chinese-speaking developers and stakeholders.
• Understand the gaming industry's fundamentals and core principles of player operations, such as update schedules, community management tactics, and user feedback cycles.
• Show enthusiasm for gaming culture; familiarity with ACG (Anime, Comics, and Games) culture is considered a plus.
