Role Overview

As a Fundraiser at Persolkelly India Private Limited, you will engage with individuals to promote UNICEF's initiatives supporting women and children. Your main task is to convey how donations contribute to child welfare, education, health, nutrition, and protection programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective donors via designated channels including face-to-face, phone calls, or events.
• Present campaign goals clearly and encourage voluntary contributions.
• Guide interested supporters through the authorized donation procedures.
• Address donor inquiries accurately using official campaign resources.
• Record donor interactions, comply with campaign protocols, and achieve set fundraising objectives.
• Foster positive relationships with supporters adhering to ethical standards and honoring donor confidentiality.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any field.
• Open to fresh graduates; sales experience is advantageous.
• Preferred candidates have backgrounds in sales, telecalling, customer service, fundraising, or donor recruitment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently approach new individuals.
• Optimistic mindset, eagerness to learn, and comfortable working towards campaign targets.
• Skillful in conveying social impact efforts with clarity, integrity, and professionalism.

Compensation

Salary offered ranges from 27,000 to 29,000 INR monthly.
