Role Overview
We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic Fund Administrator to join our Contributions team at the Wollongong office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing fund allocation and maintaining accurate member account records within a supportive and engaging team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate across multiple systems to manage fund contributions.
- Maintain accurate member accounts and allocate contributions appropriately.
- Respond to inquiries from promoters in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage the team mailbox efficiently.
- Ensure all tasks comply with service level agreements (SLAs) and adhere to Superannuation legislation.

- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, with a commitment to following established processes and procedures.
- Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving the highest quality standards.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
