Full-Time Senior Accountant – Riyadh

About the Role

Impact Arabia Building Solutions Company is urgently seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Accountant to join their Riyadh office on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling accounting functions within Saudi Arabia and will play a key role in the company’s daily financial management and commercial support activities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between SAR 3,500 and SAR 5,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Record and oversee daily accounting entries and transactions effectively.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable processes and ensure timely follow-ups on collections from customers and payments to suppliers.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor financial documents including invoices, expenses, petty cash, and company payments.
• Compile monthly financial reports covering sales, expenses, and profit & loss statements, as well as supervise inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Prepare and submit VAT returns while ensuring compliance with VAT, ZATCA, Zakat, and Saudi tax regulations.
• Handle accounting and regulatory requirements for foreign-investment companies in Saudi Arabia, including understanding MISA requirements and associated government procedures.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports to support decision-making.
• Oversee payroll and other financial obligations of the organization.
• Maintain accurate and well-structured accounting records and documentation.
• Support sales and commercial teams by assisting in quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, collections, and coordination related to order fulfillment, pricing, and payment tracking.
• Contribute to the preparation of sales, profitability, and customer performance reports.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Possess 3 to 7 years of relevant accounting experience, specifically with prior exposure to the Saudi Arabian market.
• In-depth knowledge of VAT, ZATCA, Zakat, and tax laws applicable in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience working with foreign-investment companies and familiarity with MISA regulatory requirements is highly preferred.
• Understanding of government compliance matters related to foreign investors and foreign-owned enterprises is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with accounts receivable, payable, inventory management, and cost accounting.
• Capable of preparing detailed financial reports and performing financial analysis.
• Good understanding of sales operations and commercial sales cycles adds value.
• Highly accurate, responsible, well-organized, and maintains integrity in all tasks.
• Prior experience in trading, building materials, construction, or contracting sectors is desirable.
• Knowledge of ERP or accounting software systems is a plus.
• Immediate availability or ability to join promptly is preferred.
