Accountant – Full Cycle Accounting

Job Overview

Impact Arabia Building Solutions Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dependable and skilled Accountant to handle full-cycle accounting operations and support financial management activities effectively. This position demands a professional who can work independently and collaborate closely with management, suppliers, customers, and operational teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting cycle including daily journal entries.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
• Conduct follow-ups on customer payments and supplier account balances.
• Perform bank reconciliations promptly.
• Prepare monthly closing procedures and detailed financial reports.
• Assist in compiling Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, ZATCA requirements, and e-invoicing standards.
• Handle inventory accounting, stock reconciliations, and calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
• Monitor company expenses, petty cash transactions, advances, and accruals diligently.
• Prepare reconciliations for customer and supplier accounts.
• Support budgeting activities, cash flow monitoring, and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate accounting-related tasks with warehouse and operational teams.
• Assist external auditors and support year-end financial closing.
• Maintain precise accounting records using ERP or accounting software systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Between 4 to 8 years of relevant accounting experience.
• At least 2 years of practical accounting experience within Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Saudi VAT laws and ZATCA compliance procedures.
• Proficient experience in managing inventory, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Strong capabilities with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with ERP or accounting software applications.
• Good English communication skills.
• Preference for candidates with stable employment history.
• Applicants with transferable Iqama and ability to join within two weeks are strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industries such as trading, building materials, distribution, contracting, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or equivalents.
• Exposure to internal controls and audit processes.

Additional Information

The salary offered ranges from SAR 4,500 to SAR 6,500 per month and varies based on experience and skills. Candidates must be ready to join within a maximum of two weeks. If these criteria are not met, applications should not be submitted.
