Job Description

In the role of Sales Lead at Swatch, reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will assist with daily store operations. Your primary emphasis will be on driving sales initiatives while mentoring sales associates to reach their individual goals. Responsibilities

• Lead by example to provide excellent customer service and guide the sales team to surpass sales objectives
• Ensure all team members maintain thorough product knowledge to enhance customer decisions
• Assist store management in daily operational duties focusing on transaction accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain rigorous inventory controls to prevent loss and ensure precise stock management
• Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards consistent with brand guidelines
• Maintain a safe work environment and act as a role model in following company policies and safety regulations

Work Environment

This role requires moderate physical activity, including substantial standing and walking during shifts. Job duties include lifting, pushing, pulling, and holding heavy items (over 35 lbs) with support. Attention to detail is critical when handling paperwork, cash management, and POS systems.

Employment Details

• Full-time position averaging 35 hours weekly
• Flexible scheduling including weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
• May require working beyond 35 hours during busy periods and blackout dates

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years retail sales experience, ideally in fashion or accessories
• Intermediate computer proficiency, including MS Office
• Experience using POS systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and relationship building abilities
• Self-motivated and effective both independently and within a team
• Results-driven with energy and enthusiasm for a fast-paced sales environment
