As a Baker, you will enhance the in-store shopping experience by preparing bakery items that create memorable moments for customers. This role involves providing personalized customer service, taking orders, and ensuring accurate product labeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and respond to inquiries with friendly assistance.
• Precisely scan bakery products and perform company-led promotions and initiatives.
• Maintain attractive product displays and keep the bakery section organized and clean.
• Adhere to established health and safety guidelines within the department.

Candidate Profile

• A team-oriented individual with keen attention to detail.
• Motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to acquire new skills and knowledge.
• Flexible to work diverse hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and remaining active throughout the shift.
• Previous experience is not required as training will be provided.

Compensation and Environment

This unionized position offers wages between $18.25 and $25.81 per hour, as defined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement, with the posted range representing the starting rates.
