Full-Time Merchandiser

About the Role

We are currently looking to fill full-time Merchandiser positions with CJ Schwan's, a company known for well-known retail brands like Red Baron®, Tony's®, Freschetta® pizzas, Mrs. Smith's® and Edwards® desserts, and bibigo® and Pagoda® Asian snacks. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company delivering popular products to grocery stores.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly pay rate: $18 per hour
• Work schedule from Thursday through Monday, totaling between 33 to 40 hours each week

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure company brands are properly stocked and prominently displayed on store shelves for shoppers
• Handle merchandise stocking and product rotation tasks
• Create and sustain attractive product displays
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain good working relationships with store staff
• Effectively communicate with team members

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience in grocery or retail merchandising preferred
• Holder of a valid driver's license with reliable transportation; must be at least 18 years old
• Capability to safely lift weights up to 35 pounds and use suitable equipment for moving frozen products
• Access to a smartphone compatible with company technology needs
• Must pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing
