Job description
Role Overview
Join a community-centered, locally operated store dedicated to providing health, beauty, and convenience services with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage backroom inventory following strict Backroom Inventory Management processes.
- Utilize PDT and MMS systems for daily operational activities.
- Oversee product return procedures and execute Exit Strategy as directed.
- Maintain expertise in assigned product areas regarding inventory, placement, and expiry date management.
- Uphold store image standards, ensuring visual displays are appealing and customer-friendly.
- Receive deliveries in line with store receiving policies, keeping backroom orderly and organized.
- Accurately complete documentation related to merchandise receipt and returns.
- Support store leadership in maintaining high quality and operational standards.
- Present a clean, professional appearance and proactively assist customers on the sales floor.
- Comply with health, safety, store standards, and loss prevention policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong planning, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing sales floor environments efficiently.
- Experience with computer systems and cash register operation, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency.
- Detail-oriented with effective record-keeping abilities.
- Capable of working independently and driven by self-motivation.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders when necessary.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is between $17.60 and $20.85 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location. Applications for an existing vacancy may be screened and selected partially using artificial intelligence technologies.
