Overview
Coca-Cola Canada Bottling, a proudly independent, family-owned company, operates as Canada's local bottler with over 6,000 employees nationwide. We produce, distribute, merchandise, and sell popular beverage brands across Canada from many sites including our Greater Sudbury, Ontario location.
Role Details
- Work location: Sudbury
- Shift schedule: Tuesday to Saturday with a 6:00 AM start
- Hourly wage: $20

Position Summary
Our Merchandisers ensure that Coca-Cola products are consistently available and attractively presented in local grocery stores. They handle shelf stocking, build and maintain displays, and provide excellent customer service, enhancing the brand presence in-store.
Responsibilities
- Stock and replenish products using manual equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks, moving items from storage to front-of-store.
- Construct, modify, or dismantle displays following company standards; maintain signage and clean display areas; manage defective or damaged goods.
- Adhere strictly to all internal policies and store regulations regarding storage, floor displays, safety, and equipment usage.
- Organize backroom inventory by monitoring stock levels, processing damaged items, repacking products, and managing backroom materials and paperwork.
- Keep the working environment clean and safe according to company hygiene and safety protocols.
- Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and store customers.
- Physical tasks include lifting and positioning products up to 50 lbs (22 kg) overhead, frequent kneeling, squatting, reaching, pushing and pulling equipment loaded with product over distances, and standing or walking for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 17 years.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license together with a personal vehicle and current vehicle insurance.
- Clean driving record without major violations in the past three years.
- At least one year of experience in grocery, retail, warehousing, or related fields preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision preferred.
- Experience operating manual or powered pallet jacks is an asset.
