About the Role

This position is integral to delivering an excellent customer experience through efficient team coordination and store organization at the San Antonio, TX location.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and positive experience for all customers both inside and outside the store.
- Uphold a culture centered on integrity and confidentiality.
- Manage truck deliveries to prioritize merchandise processing and placement on the sales floor promptly.
- Train and guide team members on established merchandising and receiving processes.
- Ensure merchandise tagging, hanging, securing, and coding is accurate and complete.
- Coordinate closely with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain smooth merchandise flow.
- Oversee associates’ completion of assigned tasks aligned with the store’s plan, reprioritizing as necessary.
- Track team productivity and provide coaching to enhance performance.
- Organize and rotate inventory in the back stock for straightforward replenishment.
- Maintain merchandising philosophy, signage standards, and backroom cleanliness and recovery protocols.
- Ensure adherence to recycling and hazardous waste disposal programs when applicable.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with management and associates regarding priorities and progress updates.
- Deliver and receive feedback constructively, fostering continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs for associates to improve effectiveness.
- Comply with all labor laws, internal policies, and procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty program participation among customers.
- Support initiatives aimed at reducing shrinkage and enhancing store safety.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage starts from $14.00 up to $14.50, depending on skills and experience.
