Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Flexible Footwear Sales Advisor to join our team permanently at our Galway City location. This role requires working 37.5 hours per week across five days with full flexibility to cover weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Helping customers choose footwear that suits their needs.
• Keeping merchandising, stock presentation, and the store’s cleanliness at high standards.
• Accurately handling cash and card transactions.
• Working collaboratively to meet sales targets and support overall store success.

Candidate Profile

• A genuine passion for retail and delivering top-notch customer service.
• Retail or sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• The capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced retail environment while paying close attention to detail.
• Full availability to work a permanent 37.5-hour weekly roster spanning five days, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Terms and Conditions

• This is a permanent full-time role requiring consistent commitment to 37.5 hours a week across five days.
• Hourly rate of €14.15.
