Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of client facilities during evening shifts. The ideal candidate will possess prior cleaning experience and familiarity with various cleaning products and methods.

Primary Duties

• Conduct comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of building interiors to uphold a pristine appearance.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors efficiently.
• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash receptacles and recycling bins regularly.
• Clear sidewalks of debris and snow.
• Secure doors by locking after business hours.
• Attend to spills promptly using the correct equipment.
• Carry out minor repairs and report major repair needs to supervisors or managers.
• Complete assigned tasks promptly with minimal oversight.
• Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Collaborate with contracted cleaning services as needed.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by supervisors.

Candidate Qualifications

• Efficient time management and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Comfortable operating safely with multiple cleaning products and equipment.
• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent credential.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (verified via E-Verify).
• Required to wear slip-resistant footwear on the job.

Work Schedule
