Job Summary

The dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, pots, pans, trays, kitchen equipment, and work areas, ensuring a safe and orderly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove food debris and rinse dirty dishes, manually or by using dishwashing equipment as assigned, ensuring thorough sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays following established procedures to guarantee cleanliness.
• Clean and polish silverware using equipment such as burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, or hand cloths according to standards.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and standards during all tasks.
• Maintain proper temperature and chemical levels as specified to ensure hygiene and safety.
• Keep dishwashing area neat and compliant with safety regulations.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to uphold cleanliness and sanitation guidelines.
• Sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
• Dispose of trash properly, including steaming or hosing out garbage containers.
• Move supplies and equipment between storage and preparation areas as required.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries as needed.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by management.

Position Details

• Location: Valor Christian High School, 3775 Grace Boulevard, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (full-time).
• Compensation: Hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $21.00.
• Immediate hiring.
• Previous dishwashing experience is a mandatory requirement.
