Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Dishwasher dedicated to maintaining immaculate kitchenware and overall kitchen cleanliness. The role is suitable exclusively for residents of the Island and involves working Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all dishes and kitchen areas are kept spotlessly clean and hygienic.
• Support the culinary team by assisting with food preparation and plating as needed.
• Occasionally assist with dining room service, utilizing serving experience if available.
• Contribute to a positive atmosphere by sharing jokes, engaging in social events, and possibly offering musical talents.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum one year of food service experience is required.
• Possession of a valid Food Safe certification is mandatory.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, maturity, responsibility, and enthusiasm for working with senior residents.
• Must reside in or near Victoria, BC, Canada (Island residents only).
