Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchenwares and work areas at Texas Children's Hospital Woodlands in Conroe, TX. This role requires no prior experience as training will be provided. The schedule is primarily 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with some shifts varying, including one extended weekend shift monthly.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or machine ensuring all items are clean and sanitized.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays following established procedures to maintain hygiene standards.
• Polish silverware using designated equipment and techniques, maintaining cleanliness.
• Follow safety protocols consistently.
• Monitor and maintain dishwashing temperatures and chemical levels as per guidelines.
• Keep dishwashing area organized and compliant with safety and sanitation rules.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Clean work surfaces including tables, walls, refrigerators, and prep areas.
• Manage trash collection and sanitation of garbage containers.
• Assist with transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work zones.
• Help with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Location and Schedule

This role operates onsite at Texas Children's Hospital Woodlands, 17600 I-45, Conroe, TX 77384. Standard hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with variable days and one weekend shift from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm monthly.

Compensation

The pay range is $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.
