Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring shelves are well-stocked and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Maintain and organize product displays to comply with company quality standards.
• Perform accurate product scanning, recognize inventory needs, and assist in ordering processes.
• Implement company-promoted offers and programs effectively.
• Keep department areas clean and comply with health and safety guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• Team-oriented individual with keen attention to detail.
• Motivated and capable of independently managing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Polite and resourceful in addressing customer questions.
• Eager to acquire new skills and knowledge.

Experience & Requirements

No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided to set you up for success.

• Willingness and flexibility to work across various departments and shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
