Key Responsibilities

• Follow all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety regulations, corporate policies, and related initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service to effectively satisfy customer requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of your work area consistently.
• Accurately process customer deli orders in a timely manner.
• Execute merchandising programs and maintain product presentation.
• Prepare and handle deli products properly adhering to standards.
• Promote store sales actively by recommending products to customers.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
• Order and receive stock, following company inventory control procedures as needed.
• Manage department shrinkage by performing necessary processes.
• Ensure the work environment is kept clean and safe in accordance with company requirements.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Additional Information

• Travel expectations range from 0 to 10% of the time.
• Compensation ranges from $17.85 to $21.30 per hour.
• Work location: 9467 Campbell River Thrifty, Campbell River, British Columbia, V9W 5T5, Canada.
