Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by sharing your enthusiasm and knowledge for sports, particularly cycling, to provide customers with expert technical advice. Support customers through all retail channels, whether in-store or online, aligning with our omnichannel approach.
• Manage merchandise by taking initiative in overseeing stock quantities and pricing, ensuring that products are well presented so customers can easily find items that meet their sporting needs.
• Collaborate effectively as a member of the shop floor team alongside fellow sports enthusiasts, contributing positively during peak times such as weekends and holidays while also working independently when required.
