Full Time Branch Manager

About the Role

Longevity Wellness Hub is inviting an experienced Branch Manager to oversee our Riyadh branch, taking charge of the team, operations, client interactions, and business results. We require a leader who fosters a positive and accountable environment, actively owns branch performance, and embodies the professionalism, care, and integrity of our brand.

Key Duties

• Lead, mentor, and grow the Riyadh branch team to achieve a cohesive, high-performance culture.
• Manage daily operations and strive for overall branch success.
• Drive revenue growth, increase memberships and packages, and retain clients.
• Establish clear goals and consistently hold the team accountable in a fair manner.
• Ensure exceptional client service and experience are maintained continuously.
• Handle staff scheduling, oversee performance, and coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Track and improve leads, sales conversions, client follow-ups, and sales performance.
• Collaborate closely with coaches, therapists, practitioners, and front office staff.
• Manage challenges related to staff, operations, or clients with professionalism and constructive resolution approaches.
• Maintain high standards throughout the facility and during the customer journey.
• Prepare reports on branch operations, key performance indicators, revenue, and priorities for senior executives.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated leadership experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, healthcare, or another premium service sector.
• Capable people leader who inspires and extracts the best from their team.
• Business-minded and driven to meet revenue and performance objectives.
• Emotionally intelligent, approachable, and skilled at engaging diverse personalities.
• Upholds strong integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility.
• Leads by example rather than merely directing others.
• Able to conduct sensitive discussions respectfully and productively.

• Excellent communicator with fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
• Experience working in the Saudi market is highly advantageous.
