Role Overview

We are searching for a motivated sales-driven leader to assist the Store Manager in our Hobart location. This role involves meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs, while inspiring and coaching Team Members to provide exceptional customer service and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive store and team performance against sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead by example to create outstanding customer experiences while achieving personal sales goals.
• Coach and mentor Team Members, helping them excel and develop professionally.
• Maintain high standards in stock management and control shrinkage effectively.
• Ensure merchandise presentation supports promotional strategies and attracts customers.
• Handle operational duties including stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, housekeeping, and retail administration efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in supervising and motivating a high-achieving team.
• Strong understanding of operating a successful retail business with a track record of surpassing sales goals.
• Excellent skills in delivering memorable and personal customer service.
• Passion for merchandising and managing stock within a dynamic sales environment.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and support career growth of Team Members.
