Role Overview

In the role of Assistant Store Manager at our Kawana Waters location, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive store success and lead a motivated team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury products and keen to develop leadership skills with a view to managing a retail business.

Key Responsibilities

• Create professional and bespoke customer experiences enhancing their jewellery and watch collections.
• Assist with daily store operations and motivate Team Members to meet and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance their sales effectiveness.
• Lead by example by achieving personal sales targets and pursuing opportunities to boost overall store sales.
• Ensure the store maintains excellent presentation standards, safety protocols, and visual merchandising.
• Support administrative and operational tasks alongside the Store Manager.
