Full Stack Web Developer

Overview

We seek an experienced Full Stack Developer proficient in both web and mobile platforms to independently oversee the development, upkeep, and administration of our applications. The role involves crafting new solutions and enhancing existing websites and mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and enhance responsive web and mobile applications.
• Develop and manage Android and iOS applications.
• Handle both frontend and backend coding tasks.
• Construct and integrate RESTful and third-party APIs.
• Integrate services like payment gateways, Firebase, authentication, and notifications.
• Oversee database management ensuring security and data integrity.
• Identify and fix bugs, crashes, and optimize application performance.
• Conduct application testing, debugging, and furnish timely updates.
• Manage app submission and deployment on Google Play and Apple App stores.
• Administer website hosting, domain configurations, SSL, and basic server activities.
• Provide maintenance and updates for existing digital assets.
• Ensure product security, stability, scalability, and an excellent user experience.
• Use Git/GitHub for version control to maintain clean and organized codebases.
• Collaborate with management to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Recommend optimal technologies and approaches for upcoming projects.
• Take full ownership of projects from development through deployment and maintenance.
• Mentor and coordinate work with junior developers as needed.
• Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Stay informed on current web and mobile development trends and technologies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in full stack web development.
• Proven experience in mobile application development.
• Proficient with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience using React.js, Next.js, or equivalent modern frontend frameworks.
• Familiarity with Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS development.
• Competent with backend frameworks such as Node.js, PHP, or equivalents.
• In-depth knowledge of REST API design and integration.
• Experience working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Hands-on with Firebase and various third-party SDKs.
• Knowledgeable in Git and GitHub version control.
• Experienced in deploying applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Basic understanding of web hosting, SSL certificates, domain management, and server deployment.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Awareness of best practices related to security, application performance, and optimization.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent communication capabilities and independent work ethic.
• Ability to guide junior developers effectively.
• Capable of grasping business needs and offering pragmatic technical recommendations.
