- Provide realistic estimates for work effort, promptly identify risks or blockers, communicate progress transparently, and contribute to consistent team delivery.
- Ensure high-quality output through thorough testing, active participation in code reviews, adherence to safe change procedures, and focus on software correctness, maintainability, security, and performance.
- Utilize modern tools, automation, and AI-assisted development in a measured way to enhance delivery speed, feedback cycles, and code quality while maintaining responsibility for results.
- Offer guidance and constructive collaboration to junior engineers, providing review feedback and fostering excellent engineering practices.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience across various phases of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- At least 2 years of recent development experience using C# and the .NET framework.
- Proficiency with front-end web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React, or ASP.NET Razor.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, including design patterns, SOLID principles, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with version control systems like Git for software configuration management.
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture (SOA) frameworks.
- Capability to implement new features, write unit tests, and resolve complex bugs effectively.
- Strong communication skills that promote teamwork, cohesion, and productivity.
- Excellent problem-solving and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Exposure to public cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure, is advantageous.
