Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of day-to-day deliverables, including clarifying ambiguous features, managing tasks, overseeing releases, and validating production outcomes.
  • Play an active role in collaborative team delivery by providing accurate workload estimates, flagging risks or obstacles early, communicating progress, and ensuring predictable delivery.
  • Enhance team quality standards through testing, participating in code reviews, adopting safe change protocols, and focusing on maintainability, security, and performance.
  • Employ modern tools, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and code quality while maintaining accountability for results.
  • Support junior engineers with constructive collaboration, feedback, and exemplary engineering practices.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years working experience across various phases of software development lifecycle.
  • At least 2 years of recent experience using C# and .NET frameworks.
  • Proficient with front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React, or ASP.NET Razor.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with version control using tools like Git.
  • Familiarity with service-oriented architecture frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement features, develop unit tests, and troubleshoot complex bugs.
  • Excellent communication abilities aimed at fostering cohesive and collaborative teams.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to public cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, is advantageous.

Join a supportive and empowering workplace focused on career development and wellbeing. Our offerings include:
