Full Stack .NET Engineer

Position Overview

Our client in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Full Stack .NET Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on development experience. The role primarily focuses on front-end engineering using React, while also requiring strong backend skills in .NET technologies. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing complete web applications and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications utilizing both .NET for backend and React for frontend
• Create responsive and reusable front-end components to ensure optimal performance
• Implement backend services, APIs, and business logic using .NET framework
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and third-party services
• Collaborate effectively with product owners, designers, quality assurance, and engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end
• Ensure code quality by producing clear, maintainable, and scalable software following best development practices
• Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, testing, and provide support for production environments
• Contribute to enhancing application architecture and improve delivery processes technically

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Between three and five years of professional experience in full stack software development
• Proficient hands-on experience with React.js for front-end development
• Strong knowledge of .NET and ASP.NET Core for backend development
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Familiarity with creating and consuming RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms, and integration of systems
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, preferably Agile practices

Preferred Competencies

• Experience with containerization using Docker
• Exposure to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment processes
• Awareness of cybersecurity principles and secure coding standards
• Prior experience working in enterprise or product-based development environments
