Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, maintain, and enhance the web applications and backend infrastructure that power مدير أعمالي PA. The position involves working across all technology layers including backend services, responsive web frontends, API integrations, databases, and cloud deployment environments. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Doha, Qatar, requiring candidates to be located in Qatar and flexible to work remotely and onsite as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and sustain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Create dependable backend services, APIs, and integrate third-party APIs.
• Produce responsive, high-quality frontend experiences, leveraging Next.js and React.
• Develop backend components using Go (Golang) ensuring robust service delivery.
• Employ Redis for caching, queuing, and managing real-time data operations.
• Utilize Docker for containerizing applications and facilitating deployments.
• Administer, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud applications in Google Cloud Platform and AWS.
• Design and manage database systems, both relational and NoSQL.
• Implement secure coding practices addressing authentication, authorization, and API security.
• Conduct performance monitoring, debugging, and system reliability improvements.
• Participate actively in architecture and engineering decision-making processes.
• Collaborate across product, design, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing protocols, documentation efforts, and deployment workflows.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 6 years in professional software development, specializing in full-stack roles.
• Proven experience developing production-level web applications and backend APIs with Go.
• Hands-on expertise with Redis for high-performance caching and queue management.
• Strong proficiency with Docker for containerized development and deployment workflows.
• Experience in managing cloud-based applications on GCP and AWS platforms.
• Solid competency with Next.js and React including frontend responsive design, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern CSS.
• Well-versed in RESTful API design, secure authentication and authorization methods.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL database technologies.
• Skilled in using Git and implementing modern development best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Additional Requirements and Work Arrangement

• Candidates must currently reside in Qatar and have legal authorization to work in the country.
• The job is primarily hybrid, blending remote work with mandatory in-office presence in Doha for meetings and team coordination.
• Interviews may be held online or onsite.

Preferred Education

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields is preferred; relevant professional experience with proven technical skills will also be accepted.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate demonstrates the capability to independently lead system development from inception through maintenance, particularly comfortable with Golang, Redis, Docker, cloud services (GCP and AWS), and Next.js. Candidates who have extensive expertise in scalable, secure, and reliable system design and deployment are preferred.
