Role Overview
The Full Stack Engineer will actively participate in every stage of the software development lifecycle, focusing on building scalable, efficient, and reliable applications. This position demands expertise in Java and related open source technologies, as well as strong database and middleware proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in all development phases including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Create high-performance applications that handle large volumes with minimal latency.
- Convert application designs and use cases into functional software solutions.
- Develop and sustain reusable and dependable codebases.
- Detect and resolve software bottlenecks and defects.
- Prepare software releases and manage deployment processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Possess between five to seven years of programming experience.
- Demonstrate strong database management skills.
- Proficient in J2EE with familiarity in open source frameworks.
- Experienced with Spring ecosystem: Spring Framework, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
- Skilled in database technologies such as Oracle and MySQL, including JPA.
- Knowledgeable in middleware technologies including Kafka and Redis.
- Hands-on experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools like Bamboo, GIT, Bit-Bucket, and Nexus, as well as Test Driven Development (TDD).
- Familiar with application monitoring and logging solutions such as EFK stack, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Well-versed in containerizing Java applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
