The role requires expertise in React and current frontend technologies paired with backend proficiency in Go or similar languages. Experience with microservices architecture and containerized setups using Docker and Kubernetes is vital. The candidate will be responsible for delivering features from initial idea through production, troubleshooting live system issues, and driving performance improvements.

Core Duties

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications supporting key company products.
• Create responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.
• Build and manage backend services with Go and event-driven systems.
• Operate within microservices ecosystems and container orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Engage in architecture reviews and suggest optimizations for maintainability and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Perform monitoring, debugging, and root cause analysis in production environments to enhance reliability.
• Write automated tests and adhere to CI/CD pipelines to maintain deployment quality.
• Participate in peer code reviews and technical discussions to foster knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to on-call rotations to support live systems and respond to incidents.

Qualifications and Expertise

• 2 to 4 years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong skills in React and modern frontend frameworks and methodologies.
• Backend development experience in Go or a similar programming language.
• Knowledge of microservices design and event-based communication.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) technologies.
• Basic capabilities in monitoring tools, observability, and system performance tuning.
• Competence in diagnosing and resolving production issues.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience with React Native for mobile app development.
• Interest or prior work in gaming, payment processing, or e-commerce systems.
• Acquaintance with adtech platforms or monetization frameworks.
• Knowledge of Kafka or similar streaming technologies.
• Experience with Redis or other in-memory databases.
• Working familiarity with cloud service providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Exposure to analytical or transactional databases such as ClickHouse or PostgreSQL.
• Experience developing internal tools or platforms for developers.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000 USD.
