Position Overview
The Full Stack Engineer role at Sitemate is a hands-on opportunity emphasizing complete ownership from conceptual technical planning, feature development to release and live system performance. Engineers work closely with Product Design Managers in small, high-trust teams, focusing on both technical execution and product outcomes. Engineering, product design, and delivery functions are tightly integrated, with a strong focus on AI-accelerated development practices to deliver impactful outcomes quickly.

Role Details and Daily Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy features with mentorship from experienced team members.
- Engage daily with AI-powered development tools and processes.
- Fix defects and supply improvements enhancing stability across web and mobile platforms.

- Expand scope of ownership and responsibilities progressively.

- Proven experience with production software development and delivery.

- Experience or familiarity with TypeScript, React, Node.js, Angular, MongoDB, and AWS is advantageous though not mandatory.
