The position offers flexible remote or hybrid working options based in London, with a competitive salary of up to £100,000 plus significant equity.
Responsibilities and Role Overview
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will develop robust backend services and integrate AI-powered features that support global enterprise customers. Collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, you will influence product strategy and solve intricate technical challenges while shaping the product roadmap and delivering high-quality software.
Candidate Requirements
- Practical experience creating production-grade frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js; experience or strong interest in backend technologies such as Node.js preferred.
- A product-oriented approach with proven ability to take features from concept through to production deployment.
- Capability to thrive in fast-moving, high-growth startup environments with considerable ownership and responsibility.
- Experience with scalable API development, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, or managing data-heavy platforms.
- An enthusiasm for AI, automation, and leveraging modern tools to enhance development productivity.
