Role Summary

The advent of AI is significantly transforming software engineering workflows. Binance is seeking Full Stack Engineers to become foundational 'seeds' embedded within product teams. These engineers help establish a largely autonomous and AI-enhanced end-to-end development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in complete lifecycle development of product features crossing both frontend and backend domains.
• Utilize prevalent AI programming tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code to maximize coding productivity.
• Effectively convert product needs into functional implementations while minimizing friction between frontend and backend components.
• Serve as a full stack role model by promoting best practices, mentoring colleagues, and scaling AI-driven development methods organization-wide.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to collaborative workflows among product, design, and engineering teams to improve efficiency.
• Engage comprehensively from concept formulation through design, deployment, and subsequent product iterations.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or AI-related fields.
• 1 to 5 years of relevant professional software engineering experience.
• Strong command of at least one backend programming language: Java or Golang.
• Proficiency in Node.js and React framework.
• Proven history of handling full-cycle production projects beyond personal side initiatives.
• Knowledge of database architecture, data modeling, and core backend technology fundamentals.
• Expertise in mainstream AI-assisted programming tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalents).
• Capability to clearly communicate requirements and limitations to AI tools and critically assess and rectify AI-generated outputs.
• Highly self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating initiative without waiting for task allocations.
• Possess product-oriented and operational thinking to transform undefined concepts into concrete specifications.
• Observant and inquisitive about other teams' methods, actively proposing procedural improvements.
• Excellent logical reasoning and communication skills combined with a passion for learning emerging technologies.

Additional Expectations Based on Background

If experienced primarily in frontend development:

• Deep expertise in React, with strong judgment regarding component structuring, reuse limits, and state management strategies.
• Familiarity with modern frontend engineering tools including build systems, TypeScript, and automated testing methodologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of rendering mechanics and performance optimization techniques such as critical path optimization and render frame budgeting.

If coming from a backend development perspective:

• Experience with high-concurrency programming including threading models, locking mechanisms, and asynchronous patterns.
• Hands-on use of message queuing systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) to support asynchronous decoupling and event consistency.
• Grasp of distributed systems concepts including service discovery, circuit breakers, rate limiting, and load balancing strategies.

Desirable Skills

• Contributions to open-source projects or significant GitHub repositories.
• Experience in cross-platform development targeting iOS, Android, and Web environments.
